Diarmuid O Neill, MBA, FSCS, FRICS, BSc Hons, Dip Cons Eco. Graduated DIT Bolton Street Dublin in 1977 and Trinity College Dublin. Elected associate of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Society of Chartered Surveyors 1980. Earned Masters in Business Administration 1986 (UCD). Elected Fellow of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors 1987. 1977-1986: Desmond Mac Greevy & Partners. Founded Diarmuid O Neill Associates in 1987.
Tom Kelleher, MRICS, ASCS, BSc, IPFMA, DIP Graduated from Limerick Institute of Technology in 1998. Joined Diarmuid O Neill Associates in 1999. Successfully completed Diploma in property and facilities management 2003. Elected Associate of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in 2004 Accredited in Conservation Quantity Surveying (SCS).
John Duffy, BSc Hons, Dip CTD Successfully completed course in Architectural Draughting 2002. Diploma in Construction Technology 2005. Graduated DIT Bolton Street in May 2007. FETAC accredited BER assessor for residential properties. Currently undertaking the assessment of professional competency (SCS). |
